How Kairos Jax Began
Kairos is a Greek word that means perfect time. Kairo's Jax was opened in 2016 when my father was diagnosed with diabetes. The diagnosis moved me to help my dad and instilled in me the desire to inspire more people to eat healthy by providing fresh and delicious options.

What started as a passion for offering healthy and delicious food to the community soon became a life long mission to make healthy options accessible to the community striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle which is why our slogan is "Time to be healthy".

Our menu features favorites like the Kairos Quesadilla, Avocado Toast, and Free Range Chicken Plate, plus smoothies, wraps, and customizable bowls.
